I have had a strong finish for 2024.
I finished putting the binding on RSC, which was an improv class from Craftsy.
You can see closeup of the quilting here. The borders are saying hello. They were measured before being applied but I think the quilting was not as dense as the rest of the quilt, so they are waving.
My other goal for 2024 was to finish the "A Place for Everything" bag by Annie. Several of our Thursday stitchin group are making it. Here is mine.
I'm trying to get some more suitcase laundry bags completed before the end of the year for the family we met while watching the eclipse. You can read a little about them here and here. They do a lot of camping and traveling. They also visited with us on their way to the beach in October and I can't believe I didn't post about it. And the bags are completed and are ready to put in the mail tomorrow.
I'm joining Shelly from Prairie Moon Quilts for the final countdown that she hosts. I look forward to this every year.

Here is my before pictures of my sewing areas.
Thanks, Shelly, for the nudge.
And finally, I rolled the dice today for the first time in a couple of weeks.
Number 2, the Snowman Rag Quilt. Notice the copyright date at the bottom. That's the year I bought this kit. Only 21 years (soon to be 22). Maybe I can make some progress on it.
Until next time, wishing you more stitchin time than I will have.
